In the process of internationalization SPU campus President of SPU Shri. Prakash Patel took another step in ahead and appointed senior clinical lecturer and Lead for masters in Prosthodontics from well known Dundee University UK Dr. George Charukara as Adjunct professor in Faculty of dentistry. President said he is expertise will be used for training the undergraduate &postgraduate students of NPDCH and work for joint research, student and faculty exchange programs. Dr. D. J Shah Provost SPU, and Dr. J. R Patel professor Emeritus welcomed Dr. George and discussed the future academic and cultural exchange of knowledge between both universities. Dr. Vilas Patel, Dean NPDCH Faculty of dentistry expressed her gratitude and thanked Shri.Prakash Patel for providing world class infrastructure,equipments and now with knowledgeable experts. She has planned academic for with Dr. George for next 12 months, where he will be monthly two dedicated days for discussion of cases, journal clubs and research projects.
Dean external affairs of SPU Dr. Anil Managutti said that the aim of SPU is to provide, international level education, and exposure to our students so that they can easily do their further studies or work at any European countries.
